			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div><span><font face="Arial" size="2">After a co-worker   had a 5-day ordeal tracking down her dog, I thought there must be better ways of   locating a lost dog in this day and age.&nbsp; She had signed up for the   implanted license technology that allows a vet to scan the dog&#8217;s shoulder and   retrieve the rightful owner&#8217;s information.&nbsp; However this technology does   not work if the dog is not directed to a veterinarian or shelter.&nbsp; Some   quick searches later, and I was very impressed to learn that Garmin and other   companies have come out with GPS-based tools to tag your pet, and monitor their   location if they fly the coop. </font></span></div>
