They literally did both participate in training them then supervising them in their stores, and compensated as planned. I believe this was part of one of the Obama funded projects to support the economy. I know of this directly through an atty here whose young son participated fully and his report was it has been life-changing for the child and family. Goodwill did the training in this case. I believe there are other companies involved in this project locally. While I don't know what takes place next but know you can research this.
